Bed Republic (including in particular Sommeil & Tradition, 5 esplanade Compans Caffarelli 31000 Toulouse), responsible for processing your Personal Data ("we"), takes very seriously the privacy of any person who visits our online store Sommeil & Tradition (the "Website") and our physical stores Sommeil & Tradition (the "Stores") and more broadly of any person who transmits Personal Data (term defined below) concerning them, during a contact with our brand.

This privacy policy is an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be consulted by clicking on the "GTC" mention . By using the Website, placing orders, purchasing in the Stores, contacting our customer service or registering in our prospect database, you explicitly accept the use of your Personal Data in accordance with this privacy policy. This same privacy policy applies each time you transmit your Personal Data to us and to all the processing that we may carry out on them.

We have implemented and maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure that our internal procedures for the security of your Personal Data comply with applicable regulations. 10. DURATION OF STORAGE OF YOUR DATA
For the processing of personal data relating to the management of e-commerce customers, S ommeil & Tradition store customers and prospects, including in particular customer relationship management, marketing campaign management, monitoring of in-store e-reservations, management of defective products and parcel tracking, we will apply the following retention periods:

  • Personal Data relating to customers: duration of the contractual relationship increased by the legal limitation periods, i.e. 5 years
  • Data relating to non-customer prospects: 3 years from the last active contact with our brand
  • Historical purchase and browsing cookies: 13 months
  • Bank card number and expiration date: 15 months following the debit date
  • The visual cryptogram of a bank card: The time of the transaction
